EPISODE 09: Green Goodies Bakery in Classen Curve
Meet the owner, Shana
A Cupcake Wars winner, 16 years in
Green Goodies Bakery was the proud winner of the Food Network's Cupcake Wars with its ever-popular Hostess cupcake — and the bakery has been serving allergen-friendly baked goods for 16 years.
The case runs gluten-friendly, vegan, and classic side by side — coffee cakes, cinnamon rolls, scones, cupcakes, and cookies. It's also a nut-free facility.
You'll find them in Classen Curve, with a second location in Edmond.
What's In The Case
Something for everyone at the table
Coffee cakes. Cinnamon rolls. Scones. Cupcakes. Cookies. Three ways — gluten-friendly, vegan, and classic.
Our pick
The lemon blueberry crumble cookie
Fun fact: Shana and her husband Eugene were our neighbors for four years. They just moved, and we were genuinely sad about it. She'd text after an event — leftover cookies, did we want any? Our answer was don't ever ask, just bring them.
These are by far our favorite: a lemon blueberry crumble cookie that's gluten-friendly and vegan — and you'd never know it.
“We have proudly been serving allergen-friendly baked goods for 16 years.”
Shana · Owner of Green Goodies Bakery
Baked Three Ways
Gluten-friendly, vegan, classic
|
Gluten-Friendly
Cupcakes, cookies, and cookie sandwiches made so nobody has to sit the celebration out.
|
Vegan Friendly
A full vegan side of the case — from vanilla and strawberry to cookies n' cream.
|
|
Sixteen years of baking around allergies means the whole table orders from the same bakery.
Special Orders
You name it, they do it
Cookie cakes, cakes, cupcakes, decorated cookies. Special orders are one of Shana's favorite parts of the day — and no order is too big or too small.
